Yes. Lumora is powered by any USB port or 12V accessory (cigarette-lighter) socket — standard in essentially every vehicle built since the mid-90s. There are no model-specific brackets or harnesses, so the same kit works in a hatchback, a truck, or an SUV.
No. Every interior kit is fully plug-and-play. You peel the 3M adhesive backing, tuck the strips out of sight, and connect one cable to power. No cutting, no soldering, no fuse-tapping. (Our exterior Underglow kit offers an optional 12V hardwire for a permanent install.)
No. The strips draw a tiny amount of current, and when plugged into an accessory socket they power off with your ignition. Hardwired installs include a switched-power option so the lights sleep when the car is off.
